Not only is the joyous Poppy a most friendly flower to behold, bringing a smile to the viewer,but also very ‘Artist Friendly’.
Notice how those slender stems bow and weave in the breeze. Why, sometimes they’re even downright crooked. This is a bonus to the Chinese Brush Painter who may find his or her stem stroke somehow less than perfect. So, weave and bobble all you like, your friend, the Poppy will happily go right with you.
