We usually ship between 2 -3 business days after receiving your order unless it is a custom name chop order which would take 2 to 3 weeks to ship. Shipping via Priority Mail takes 2 -5 business days, depending on location.

Once your lesson order is placed, an email with a download link will be sent to you as soon as our team receives the order. Please be advised that since this is processed manually, the link will be sent during our business hours: 10 AM to 5 PM PST Monday to Saturday. The download link will expire in a week.
