Inside the United States, orders are processed and shipped between 2 - 3 business days by USPS Ground Advantage (2 - 7 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 business days).

For international orders, we ship USPS Priority Mail International (6 – 10 business days) or DHL. Please be advised that the shipping calculated during checkout is only for the cost of shipping, you will be responsible for custom duties and taxes if applicable.

Ever watchful of value, we will notify you first if shipping costs seem high for the value of the order.

You’ll be receiving a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order once it ships.

Name Chop Shipping

Name chop orders take 3 - 4 weeks to ship since the chop are hand carved.

Local Pick-Up

We offer Local pick-up! If you are in the Burbank, Foothills area you are welcome to pick-up your order!
