Shipping policy

Inside the United States, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped by USPS Priority Mail which takes up to 2 – 3 business days, or UPS Ground, which takes up to 3-7 business days.

For international orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail International (6 – 10 business days) or DHL. Please be advised that the shipping calculated during checkout is only for the cost of shipping, you will be responsible for customs duties and taxes if applicable.

 

You’ll r a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your package once your order ships.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost packages.

If you are in the Burbank, Foothills area, you are welcome to pick up your order!
