There are many types of Begonias (over 900) throughout the world. In China you find the showy “AUTUMN BEGONIA” which blooms only in the fall. It is a pale Pink with tinges of a deeper rose color. Generally, smaller leafed Begonias have a more rounded leaf and smaller blossom. Larger Begonias have an elongated leaf similar in shape to the Cyclamen leaf. The petals are painted in the same manner as the Plum Blossom but much more freely. Use only the tip of your brush and move it in a somewhat circular manner.
